As a family man himself, he also understands the challenges of balancing training with family life, making him a compassionate and effective coach.
Ellie's fitness journey began at 18 when her brother convinced her to try CrossFit for the first time. Reluctant at first, she quickly found her stride and hasn't looked back since. What started as a nudge from family has grown into Ellie now competing at some of the biggest CrossFit competitions in the UK.
