The same world-class CrossFit coaching that built our Surbiton community, now in Guildford. Every 55-minute class is fully coached, scaled to your level and built around a structured programme that delivers real results. CrossFit runs five days a week with morning and evening slots.

High-intensity, accessible sessions using straightforward movements to build fitness. No complex technique required — just effort and consistency. A great starting point for newcomers and a firm favourite with experienced members who want to push their engine.

Gymnastics

A weekly dedicated session focused on bodyweight strength and movement quality. Pull-ups, handstands, ring work — coached methodically in a small group. Gymnastics skills carry directly into your CrossFit training and this class gives you the time and space to really develop them.

Fundamentals

New to CrossFit? This is where you start. A short course of 3–4 coached sessions covering the key movements in a relaxed, small-group setting. Fundamentals gives you the confidence and technique to get the most from your regular classes from day one. All new Guildford members complete this before joining the main schedule.
